Guns N’ Roses concert canceled due to health reasons

Also this week, the band played in London, and, according to the newspaper The Telegraph, the group cut seven songs from the planned lineup due to an anxiety crisis of Axl Rose, the vocalist.

The band was due to go on stage this Tuesday in Glasgow, Scotland, but the concert ended up being canceled for “reasons of illness”.

“Unfortunately, due to illness and on the advice of doctors, Guns N’ Roses will not be able to play in Glasgow. We are trying to reschedule this concert, so keep your tickets and wait for news”, said the rock band, through social networks, thanking “the understanding and patience” of their fans.

n social media, comments emerged about how the singer’s health would be, as Axl’s voice failed at a concert in Norway.

Another case was last weekend, at a show in London, in which the singer suffered an anxiety attack .

At the time, the public only had access to the place two hours after the scheduled time for the start of the show. The opening band, Michael Monroe , did not actually perform. On Saturday (2), the second day of the show in the capital of England, Axl lowered the tone of some songs to sing without problems. Additionally, seven tracks were removed, including “November Rain” and “Rocket Queen” .

With the episode of anxiety, the vocalist of the band needed to sleep in the stadium where the presentation took place, and was calmed by the production team.

It is not the first time that the singer has found it difficult to perform: at a show in Norway , the artist was out of tune, with voice problems. In a video recorded by fans, Axl Rose appears almost aphonic trying to perform “Welcome to the Jungle” . On social media, the public commented that the show had been “disappointing” .
